Quad-rings (also known as X-rings because of their X-shape cross section) provide enhanced leak protection through an innovative design.
In reciprocating applications, avoiding spiral twists while utilizing parting lines between lobes (instead of on the sealing surface), they guarantee more sealing capacity than conventional O-rings and are more resistant to spiral failure.
In rotary applications, quad-rings prevent the seal from bunching and failing.

Seal washers are the typical sealing solutions when liquid protection and dust protection is needed.
Situated underneath a nut, a joint or an axle bearing, seal washers are used to soften rubbing, spread pressure, keep components apart, and prevent leakage or stop unfastening. To stop vibration from spreading or to ensure that a seal is stable, a rubber compound is often the best solution for the application.
Seal washers are ideal for surfaces coated with paint, plating or enamel and suitable for use with water, mineral base oils and alkalis.
A diaphragm is a flexible, relatively thick, quasi-self-supporting partition between two areas or volumes (something like the rubber of an inner tube for a tire).
Diaphragms are the sealing choice for both static and dynamic applications. NEXA are typically installed on pumps, pressure sensors, air compressors, regulators and shock absorbers.
Molded diaphragms have many advantages: no lubrication, low Friction, low Hysteresis, no spring rate, no break away friction, long cycle life, effective in harsh environments, ability to operate under severe pressure.
